Who we are Esmond Solutions Pte. Ltd. is the seller of the Vival Desk and the data controller for personal data collected through projectvival.com.

What we collect - Order and account data you give us when you buy: name, delivery address, email, and phone number. - Payment data processed when you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, HitPay (PayNow and card). We do not see or store your full card number; HitPay processes it as the payment gateway. - Website and analytics data collected automatically when you browse: device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar usage information gathered through cookies and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Why we collect it - To process and deliver your order, and to provide warranty and after-sales support. - To take payment and guard against fraud. - To respond to your enquiries. - To understand how our site is used so we can improve it. - To send you service messages about your order. We will only send marketing messages if you have consented, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

Cookies and consent We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, and analytics cookies (GA4) to measure usage. Where required, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies before they are set, and you can change your choice at any time through your browser settings or our cookie controls.

Who we share it with We share personal data only with parties that help us run the business, and only as far as needed: - HitPay — to process payments. - Google Analytics — to measure website usage. - Our delivery partner — to fulfil delivery. - Government authorities where we are legally required to.

We do not sell your personal data. Where data is processed outside Singapore by these providers, we take reasonable steps so it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the product, honour the 1-year warranty, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which we securely delete or anonymise them.

Your rights under the PDPA You may: - Access the personal data we hold about you. - Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete. - Withdraw consent to our use of your data, including marketing, at any time.

We will respond to your request within a reasonable time. Withdrawing certain consents may mean we can no longer fulfil an order or provide support.
