Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident in your Vival Desk. If something isn't right, this page explains how returns and refunds work. This policy is in addition to your rights under Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, including the Lemon Law.

Change-of-mind returns You may return your Vival Desk within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify, the desk must be: - Unused and in its original, resaleable condition. - Returned with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

How to start a return Email support@projectvival.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return and the next steps before you send anything back.

Return shipping For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. The original S$12 delivery fee is non-refundable in change-of-mind cases.

Refund method and timeline Approved refunds are made through HitPay to your original payment method (PayNow or card). Once we receive and inspect the returned desk, we aim to process your refund within . The time for the funds to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

What cannot be returned for change of mind - Items that have been used, assembled beyond what is needed to inspect them, damaged through use, or are missing parts or packaging. - Pre-order or made-to-order items, if any.

These exclusions do not apply to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Faulty or damaged items If your desk arrives damaged or develops a fault, please see our Warranty Policy and contact us straight away. Under the Lemon Law, if goods do not conform to contract at the time of delivery, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
